Get the actual pictures, not screenshots

Screenshots are how most people save TikTok photos, and it shows. You get the status bar, the caption, the like button and the comment icon all baked in, and you have to swipe and screenshot every single picture.

The SnapTik takes the link of a TikTok photo post and gives you the images themselves, in the size TikTok serves them, with nothing on top. Outfit ideas, a recipe card, a travel dump, a meme for the group chat: tap Download under each one, or hit Download ZIP and get the whole set in one go.

Want the photos as a video with the music instead? That's what the TikTok Slideshow Downloader is for.

How to download photos from TikTok

Works with any public photo post. Here's how.
1

Copy the photo post link

Open the post in TikTok, tap Share, then Copy link. On a computer you can copy it from the browser bar.
2

Paste it and tap Download

Paste the link into the box above and hit Download. Every picture in the post shows up as a preview.
3

Save one or all of them

Tap Download under the pictures you want, or Download ZIP to grab them all at once (up to 20).

Why it beats screenshots

  • Clean images: No buttons, no caption, no status bar. Just the picture.
  • Full size: You get the image file TikTok stores, not a squished screen grab.
  • All at once: Download the whole post as a ZIP instead of saving pictures one by one.
  • Same order as the post: Pictures show up in the order they appear on TikTok, so recipe steps and carousels still make sense.
  • Video version too: Turn the same post into an MP4 with its music.
  • And the sound: Save the music from the photo post as audio.

Where do the photos go?

Single pictures save like any other image you download. On Android they land in Downloads and show up in Gallery or Google Photos. On iPhone, press and hold a picture and tap Save to Photos, or download it and save it from the Files app with Share > Save Image.

A ZIP holds all the pictures in one package. Android and iPhone both open ZIPs in their Files app: tap it and the pictures pop out into a folder. On a computer, double-click the ZIP to open it.

No photos showing up for your link?

First, make sure it's a photo post and not a video. Video links give you video files, not separate pictures (though you can still save the cover image). Then check the post is public and still up.

Also, if you copied the link from someone's profile grid, open the post first and copy the link from there. A profile link isn't a post, so there's nothing to download.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I download all photos from a TikTok post at once?

Yes. Tap Download ZIP and you get every picture in one file, up to 20 pictures per ZIP.

Are the photos full quality?

They're the image files TikTok serves for that post, which beats a screenshot by a mile. We can't make them bigger than what was uploaded, though.

Do the pictures have a watermark?

No. You get the plain images, with no TikTok logo or username.

What format are the pictures?

Standard image files (usually JPG) that open on any phone or computer.

Can I get a picture from a TikTok video?

A regular video doesn't have separate photos, just frames. You can save the cover image if it shows up in the results, or download the video and take a still from it.

Do I need the TikTok app?

No. Copy the link from the app or the website, whichever you like, and paste it here in any browser.

Is there a limit?

No sign-up and no quota for normal use. A single ZIP holds up to 20 pictures, so really big posts may need two rounds.

Can I repost the photos?

They belong to whoever posted them. Saving them for inspiration is fine. Reposting needs the creator's okay, and a credit is always nice.
